Refund policy
Garment and Size Exchanges
We accept garment and size exchanges within 48 hours of receiving the product, subject to evaluation and stock availability.
After this period, no exchanges will be accepted.
Shipping costs for both returning the product and sending the exchanged garment will be covered by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To request an exchange, please contact us at dolcebella.adm@gmail.com, indicating your order number, ID, and reason for the exchange. Please also attach a photo or video of the product you wish to exchange.
If the customer does not communicate or manage the exchange within a maximum period of 7 calendar days, it will not be possible to exchange the garment, and the process will be considered finalized with no right to a subsequent claim.
Garments must be in their original condition, unused, with intact tags and original packaging.
If the product is not in the conditions mentioned, we will reject the exchange.
Products on sale, limited edition, or personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
In compliance with our internal policies and to guarantee the safety and health of our customers, swimwear and beachwear items are not subject to exchanges or returns. This measure is in response to hygiene and care standards, so we ask that you consider this provision before making your purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only granted in cases of a verifiable manufacturing defect in the garment.
In these cases, the full amount will be refunded.
If the product received is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of confirmed product receipt.
This should be done via email at dolcebella.adm@gmail.com, indicating the order number, ID, and reason for the request, along with photos or videos of the product to be returned.
The customer service team will review the request and respond within 3 business days to inform you if the request has been approved.
Returned garments must be in their original condition, unused, with intact tags and original packaging. If the product is not in these conditions, we will reject the refund.
All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Incorrect size chosen by the customer.
- Improper use of the product.
- Wear and tear from use or improper washing.
Refund Timelines:
If payment was made via Yape, Plin, or bank transfer, refund processing may take up to 5 business days from the receipt of the returned product.
If payment was made via credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank, and the process may take up to 14 business days.
If you have any questions about the credit being refunded to your account, please consult your issuing bank.
Note
Products on sale, limited edition, or personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
